Cross-posting to/from Hubzilla? (possible duplicate question?)
Somewhere, possibly here, I previously posted a question about whether there is a way to set up automatic cross-posting between Hubzilla and other platforms. I was specifically was interested in cross-posting between Hubzilla and Friendica (either direction would be of interest), and at the time someone pointed me toward the "Channel sources" app.
I haven't gotten that app to work however. I previously tried setting it up to pull from my Mastodon account, which didn't work, and just now I tried pulling from another of my Hubzilla channels, and that also doesn't seem to have worked either. The channels that I've listed as sources show up as a list in the "Channel sources" app, but as far as I can tell no cross-posting is occurring.
Does anyone have insight into what is going on here? Is there another way to set up cross-posting?
Relatedly main interest in being able to do this is that Friendica appears to have a Dreamwidth cross-posting app (although I haven't gotten a chance to test it yet), and I'm unaware of anything like that for Hubzilla. It'd be really nice to be able to post in one place and have the content show up both on Hubzilla and on Dreamwidth.
